Wonderful review

Current work: French duo book 2
Listening to: Christmas compilation
Reading: Barbara O’Neal, The Recipe for Lost Happiness (enjoying)

Woke up to a really lovely review of Falling for the Playboy Millionaire – thank you, Julie Bonello of Cataromance, for making my day!

This is what she says:

Falling for the Playboy Millionaire is another slice of sheer romantic perfection from the dazzling pen of outstanding Mills and Boon author Kate Hardy! Written with plenty of sensitivity, warmth and heart, Falling for the Playboy Millionaire is a poignant, dramatic and wonderfully written and terrifically rendered tale of starting over and having the courage to take chances that made me cry buckets and had me reaching for the tissues.

In Falling for the Playboy Millionaire, Kate Hardy expertly combines wonderful characterization, tender romance and a heart wrenching conflict to create a mesmerizing contemporary romance which has winner stamped all over it!

And you can read the rest of the review here.

New office chair is lovely (no pic as office is a tip). Have a work thing with DH today, and then Madam’s best friend and her family are coming over for dinner – have a feeling the boys are all going to be on the x-box in the living room and the girls will be in the dining room with board games and chocolates. (Son has his best friend over for a sleepover next week, so am being fair about it!) And in between am going to squeeze in some work…

A brilliant view, and thoroughly deserved. I just loved that book. Loved it!

Glad you're pleased with the chair. I've just made a mental note to self: when office has it's annual tidy, take a pic...

I need a new chair, too - the one I'm using cost about three pence from Ikea and is covered in coffee stain. So where I can buy an upmarket-terribly-good-for-the-back model which will enhance the lairy room which is my writing room?

Nina - thanks, and I did - hope yours was good, too.

Shirley - thank you. (I knew the puppies and the dancing would get to people *g*)

Good luck with the annual tidy!

Carol - thank you. The chair is great. (It's just an ordinary operator's chair with arms. I did ask about the posh-looking leather one, and the guy in the shop said, "If you actually do some work at your desk, that'll give you backache - that's an executive chair." LOL. This one definitely has better lumbar support than my old one.)

Olivia - thanks!

Sharon - if you want one of the megabucks posh ones, google Miller Aero (they look nice but I'm not sure I'd spend that much on a chair if I hadn't tried it out first). Or I'd say find your local office furniture shop and see what they can offer :o)

Jan - thanks, for both. (Nice not to have backache!)
